Write down the treatment you are considering, your preferred dates in Tokyo, the language you want to use during the consultation, and whether you can return for follow-up.

Ask every clinic the same questions

• Who conducts the consultation and who performs the procedure?
• What exact treatment and product are being proposed?
• What does the written quote include and exclude?
• What follow-up is included, and for how long?
• Who should you contact after hours if you are worried?
• What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Compare the replies

Keep one row per clinic. Record the answer itself, whether it was supplied in writing, and anything that still needs clarification. A lower headline price is not directly comparable when the included services differ.
